Dale E. Gerecke is a life long resident of Cape Girardeau and was born in 1957.  He  graduated magna cum laude from Southeast Missouri State University with a bachelor of science in business administration with a major in accounting.  Mr. Gerecke received his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1982.

  Mr. Gerecke joined the firm as an associate in 1982 and became a member of the firm in 1987.  He is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois.

  He maintains a civil trial and appellate practice, where he concentrates in civil defense litigation, workers’ compensation law, family law and corporate and real estate matters.

  Mr. Gerecke is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Cape Girardeau County Bar Association, (of which he is a past president of the Young Lawyer’s Section), the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers and the Illinois State Bar Association.

  Mr. Gerecke is married to Bonnie Foster Gerecke and they have a daughter and a son.
